Phosphorylated Cbl triggers phosphorylation of HSP70 that facilitates un-coating of the vesicles, a precondition for vesicles to fuse with early endosomes and release ligands. The released receptors are transported to either the late endosome and/or lysosome for proteosomal and/or lysosomal degradation or are recycled to the cell surface.
